Witch

Like everybody else, I seem to have come down with Halloween fever. I've got my props planned and supplies lined up; my layout for the 'haunted mansion' (aka garage) blueprinted in my head and I think I'm ready to begin! Started out trying to bring down the fever somewhat by sculpting a little witch, an accompanying little hut and chicken bone chair. I really enjoyed making this one, especially the little hut and chair--don't usually make too many props to go with my sculpts but since this was a Halloween theme, figured I put a bit more effort into it. Here she is:

Found a fantastic art shop/gallery courtesy of a fellow Deviant Art colleague. This person paid me the compliment of saying that my work reminded him/her of the art seen here. (Ha! WRONG!!! I wish!) Halloween Mood

Been busy lately...been rephotographing some old sculpts since I have a better camera now and also because I THINK my skills have improved in that area. (maybe) Anyway, was asked to submit some stuff for an upcoming book; of course, I panicked about this and tried to get some better shots...who knows if my stuff will be accepted but since I exhausted myself in the process of "contributing", thought I'd share a couple of the new and enhanced 'old' sculpts...Halloween ain't far off now, folks...

Womb of Time

just finished my latest sculpt and I particularly enjoyed making this one...initially, I had no real idea where I was going with it but once the clock idea entered my head, things began to fall into place. I had a blast creating the 'clock box'...anyway, hope you guys like it!
