I'm not a huge fashion freak but I do follow a blog called Haute Macabre simply because I love looking at the quirky fashions and gorgeous photography--it's a blog that 'caters to the dark side' and the 'grown-up goth'. Grieving

Haven't been around much for the past couple weeks--been caring for a very special and beloved pet who lost the final battle and is now just alive in my thoughts. I'm the kind of person who loves my 'animals' and prefers their company over and above that of most human animals. I've been having a very difficult time coping with this, partially because it came out of nowhere; he was only 8 years old--way too young for this; and within two weeks, my little guy was gone from some kind of virulent cancer. Still don't have the final test results in and after nearly $2,000 dollars and several specialist vets, I still don't know what the hell happened. So, I am grieving a lot and just wanted all of you to know why I've not been commenting much lately. (Pictures taken by my daughter.)
