Creepmas Day Thirteen! A Winter Demon

I must admit that for this 13th day of Creepmas, I found myself at a bit of a loss when it comes to appropriate subject material for this new holiday. I guess I didn't discuss the topic of reindeer and Creepmas...hmmm...think that will have to wait until next year. At any rate, this entry has little to do with Creepmas I guess, other than that it has to do with winter. Let's face it, after celebrating Creepmas and that 'other' holiday, we are faced with the prospect of dark, cold days ahead for quite a spell. Just so you don't forget that, here's a little gal I made to remind you of what really lies ahead....mwahahaha!

Creepmas Day Ten! Ghosts

Ghosts and Christmas--they seem to go hand in hand. We all know the the story of "The Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens and there are many more. So why do these spirits "walk the earth" at this festive time of year? Simply because this festive time of year is encroaching on THEIR festive time of year--Halloween. I mean, they just manage to crawl their way out of their ghostly abodes at the appropriate time of year when they get a load of "sorry, mates--run along now, Christmas is coming!" Is it any wonder these guys feel a bit miffed and cheated out of their ghostly rights to haunt, moan, and frighten? And in retaliation, is it any wonder that they want to scare the begeezus out of folks as they gather around the Christmas tree? I think not. And just so you can get back a little bit of that old Halloween magic during this festive time of year, take a look at this. Remember The X-Files "How the Ghosts Stole Christmas" episode? hehe...
